A portrait of Apple John hangs in the meeting room at the historic Ransom School House, so the Rutherford County Historical Society wants everyone to know who he was. Mary Watkins has done extensive research on Apple John and will share that with everyone at the September 16th 7:00PM Monday Night Presentation: A Man Called “Apple John” by Mary Watkins.
